Lemon Ginger Tea
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Strained juice from 1 lemon
- 1-2 cups of boiling water (adjust to taste)
Add the freshly grated ginger to hot water and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Once it has cooled then add in the lemon juice and honey. Mix it together and drink it immediately.
