In this 10 minute workout you will do 8 exercises 20 seconds each with a 10 second break in between. Plus, she does a little creative multi-tasking so watch out for that. This video will teach you how to tone your body and manage your workout time. You don’t need long workouts to get results and this one is proof of that.
